Coordinate all aspects of promotions and events production.

Represent the casino at all casino events, trade shows, meetings, conventions, etc.

Responsible for promotion/event advertising in conjunction with contracted marketing agencies.

Maintain communication with vendors and other casino departments including contracted marketing agencies.

Responsible for coordinating promotions and all exclusive events.

Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.

Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
